Boom Crash Opera Restoration

Found lonely and deserted in field,this once love baby appears to be of 2006 vintage can it be restored to flying condition.
Pic 1 as collected Pic 2 What it once looked like.
By the way if you haven't guest it was the result of my flying indiscretion.
