Mariner,

I have an Ultimate, but haven't flown it yet. I bought it built and it is fabric covered and a little on the heavy side (I think), around 9-10lbs. It has a SuperTigre .90 2 stroker on it. This combination has been used successfully by lots of pilots. The ST90 is the older version, not like the newer SuperTigres that are now being made in China.

Here is my Ultimate webpage

Mariner,
Smoke is gonna be a challenge, as its hard to get a glow eng.
to smoke well. They just dont make enough exaust heat to make a thick consistant plume.
On engines for an Ultimate, A good, .90 2 stroke or a 120 Fourstroke will serve you well.
