The elevator on the stabilizer keeps going downward. Is there a way to correct it, so it is straight, and not drooping downwards?

Ptarmigan,

Without having toooo much information...what is causing it to droop? Is the weight of the elevator dragging the servo to the down position?

I am right now assembling my Sig Kadet LT-40 ARF. The elevator points downwards whenever I turn both sides of the elevator and stabilizer. I don't have any weight on the elevator and stabilizer. It was after I added the hinges. I am new to RC flying.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. The control rods and horn shoud support the elevator wonce everything is connected. You will need to set to level after final installation. Can you post a PIC?

DID YOU COMPENSATE FOR THE INLINE TAC SUPRESSER? MY ELEVATOR DROOPED ONCE BACK IN 78' THATS HOW I FIXED IT.

Just a beginners opinion but sounds similar to something I was concerned about on my first plane.

By your description I am not sure if I understand the problem but when I built my first trainer based on the way the hinges went in some of the control surfaces did not center themselves. They would flip up or down with a light force. It was not to bad though. Once I had the servos hooked up the movement of the control surfaces became completely smooth.
