Just finished bulding my new trainer. after covering i noticed the left side aileron was slightly warped (bowed in the middle by about 1/16)the right is straight and wings are straight. will this harm the flight of the plane.

Something that small you might be able to trim out. If you want too, rip that aileron off and build another... It's easier than you think.

I wouldn't worry too much about a 1/16" warp in a trainer. When you start getting into higher speed planes is when when I would worry about it.

Is this your first ever airplane? If it is you won't notice a wee warp in the middle anyway. I'd say Fly the thing -

Spend your time in the air, and concentrate on the building your next plane.
