I have absolutely no info about graveyard mall but I also have no problem ordering anything via credit card as I watch mine closely. In fact I have a credit card for e-purchases only. The fraud/buyer protection requires them to remove any charges that you complain about. It even extends warranties. I have a friend that sells items that are AS-IS and the buyer has to sign an acceptance stating such. The credit card company removed money from his account when a buyer complained even though they signed the AS-IS. CCCompany just said "That's our Policy"
